Based in Kintore Aberdeenshire, Spey Fire Protection Ltd is a local family run business. Our aim is to provide a first
class service to our customers in fire protection. Being located in the North East, we mainly cover
Aberdeenshire, Angus, Moray and Inverness-shire but we do support customers further afield.
With years of experience both onshore and offshore, we are trained in the servicing of fire
extinguishers, gaseous suppression systems, kitchen suppression systems, dry riser testing and much
more.

Fire extinguishers
An important piece of equipment, fire extinguishers have been successful in extinguishing over 90%
of fires before they become out of control.
To ensure your fire extinguishers are operational we
carry out servicing in accordance with BS5306.
Suppression systems
Suppression systems are an integral part of fire fighting wether on vessels, offshore or onshore premises.
We are experienced in both gaseous and water based systems which protect various appliances for example machinery spaces, galleys/kitchens or data rooms. We offer annual servicing and periodic testing where required to ensure your systems are always in working order.
Dry Risers
With fire protection in multi storey buildings becoming more apparent, the requirement to carry out
dry riser testing has never been more important.
To enable tests to be carried out to BS9990:2015
we have invested in upto date test equipment which allows for accurate results and confidence in
the test procedure.
